1. Introduction At the Anglesey Show next week, CLA Cymru will call on Welsh Government to act now to avoid damaging the rural economy as changes to housing legislation come into force. Grŵp Cynefin are working in partnership with Anglesey Council’s housing services to develop four small-scale sites in Bryngwran, Bodedern, Holyhead and Llanfaelog. The four developments were announced during a visit to one of the sites, the Bryn Du development in Llanfaelog, which consists of six homes (3 bedroom) and six smaller homes (2 bedroom). The Anglesey Rural Housing Enabler (RHE) appointed in April 2009 is funded jointly by the Local Authority, the Welsh Government [WG] and the 3 Housing Associations that operate on Anglesey.
